What data we process
When you use the enquiry form: your name, company, email address, phone number (if given) and the content of your message. When you email or call us directly: whatever you choose to tell us. On every visit the server logs technical data (IP address, time, page requested and browser type) for security and to run the site.
Purpose and legal basis
We use enquiry data to answer you and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process technical server data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipients
We do not sell data or pass it on for marketing. Access is limited to the hosting provider name and the form delivery service name, location; if outside the EU, state the safeguards.
Retention
We keep enquiries as long as needed to answer them and for any resulting cooperation, and no longer than 12 months after the last contact unless the law requires longer. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.
Cookies and third parties
This website uses no cookies and no tracking tools. Fonts and the map are served from our own server. Links to Google Maps and Apple Maps open an external site only when you click them.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Send your request to info@heat4all.hr. You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian data protection authority AZOP (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr, or with the authority in your own country.
